Baldwinsville Central School District
Supporting every stride. Every season. Every athlete.
The Baldwinsville Cross Country Booster Club is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing financial, in-kind, and volunteer support to the cross country programs of the Baldwinsville Central School District.
We support Boys Varsity, Girls Varsity, Boys Modified, and Girls Modified cross country teams — ensuring every athlete has access to high-quality competition, proper equipment, and the recognition they deserve.
The Club was established in 2026 following a formal restructuring of the Baldwinsville Harriers Booster Club, which previously supported cross country alongside indoor and outdoor track and field. The Baldwinsville Harriers Booster Club continues to support all track and field programs. Both organizations maintain a cooperative relationship in support of Baldwinsville student athletes.

Building team spirit and celebrating athlete achievements through recognition events and banquets.
Each September, the Club organizes and operates the Baldwinsville Cross Country Invitational, attracting 30 to 40 schools from across New York State. The event features professional timing, concessions, event apparel, and a community atmosphere that showcases the best of Baldwinsville cross country.
The Club funds coach buses, hotel accommodations, and team meals for travel to competitive away invitationals including the Burnt Hills Invitational and the McQuaid Invitational. We ensure every athlete can participate regardless of family financial circumstances.
The Club's Apparel Committee designs and orders seasonal warm-up gear for athletes, provided at or below cost. Team apparel builds identity and ensures every athlete is properly equipped and visually unified at every meet.
We plan and fund varsity and modified end-of-season banquets, a senior recognition night, and coach appreciation events each November. Celebrating athlete effort and achievement is central to our mission.
The Club awards merit-based scholarships to graduating senior athletes who have completed a full cross country season in good standing and plan to attend an accredited post-secondary institution. Recipients are selected through an essay-based application process.
Throughout the year, the Club conducts supplemental fundraising activities to support operations and build reserves — ensuring a stable financial foundation for cross country programs year after year.
As a 501(c)(3) organization, we are committed to full transparency in how donations and program revenues are used. Every dollar goes directly to supporting Baldwinsville cross country athletes.
The Baldwinsville Cross Country Booster Club is governed entirely by volunteer parents, guardians, and community members who are passionate about Baldwinsville cross country.
